First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting this blog. This is my first blog post and I have a lot of rich ideas to share with you along the way. For weeks, I’ve been thinking of a topic that I could blog. Until I realized that I am badly committed and passionate about financial literacy. This is a subject that keeps me talking all day long that my girlfriend often complains about it. So I think this will be a great and interesting topic to blog about. It is my deep interest to make this blog as much as possible; informative, reliable, and have quality contents that will help readers improves their financial life.
Asides from financial literacy, were also going to talk about rich Ideas for other areas of our life. Just think of it, what if you have all the riches in this world but yet nobody loves you; you have no friends, no family. Or you are very rich but poor in health that often gets sick. You think your going to be be happy with your life? I don’t think so, for me it’s going to be be an empty life. If we will check the bible, it says “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?". Having a lot of money is not really the answer. To be truly happy and completely fulfilled, it’s also important to be successful in our Social life, family, Health, Financial and most specially our Spiritual life.
The Idea.
Let me define Idea. From Wikipedia - An Idea means just whatever is before the mind when one thinks. In other context, ideas are taken to be concept. Many philosophers consider ideas to be fundamental ontological category of being. Plato was one of the earliest philosophers to provide detailed discussion of ideas. Did you get it? It’s confusing right? Let’s explain this in simple words. Just take the words fundamental and concept. Idea is the fundamental of a concept, in other words, idea is the basic of a concept. Idea + idea + idea…. = Concept. So concept is made of ideas.
Sometimes I think that the basic unit of matter is idea and not atom. Atom is just an idea coming from the mind of the Greek philosopher Democritus (460 B.C.), who developed the idea of the atom. He is also the first man who named it Atom. Later, John Dalton Conceptualized Atom and created the Dalton's atomic theory. Many other scientist studied atom after Dalton, one of them is Albert Einstein. Apparently, the concept of Atom is based on several ideas from different scientists.
The Universe was created by God out of an idea. The bible says God is Love, but what’s the purpose of love if His alone? So He had an idea to create us and the whole universe so that He can share His love.
Today we are living out of an idea. The Facebook, that iPod in your pocket, the food that you eat, and the things that you wear are all existing because of an idea.
Now why am I telling you this? My point is “Everything started with an Idea”, and so to get rich and be successful, we must first think of an idea how to get there.
There are only two kinds of idea, Good or Bad. An idea is good when it provides value to you and to others. And of course in contrary, an Idea is bad when it does not give value to you and to others. An Idea is good when it is successful; it is bad when it’s a failure. In this blog we will be talking more about good ideas. Rich Ideas that are proven effective by rich and successful people.
